AgileVision Sp. z o.o. (“AgileVision”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://www.agilevision.io and related pages on the agilevision.io domain (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Website, why we collect it, which service providers we use, and what rights you may have.

What data we collect

1. Information you submit to us

If you contact us through the Website, submit the contact form, email us, or book a discovery call, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your company name
  • your phone number
  • your message or other request details
  • meeting or booking details you submit

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and manage calls, and continue relevant communication related to your inquiry.

2. Privacy-friendly website metrics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall Website usage. In the current Website setup, this helps us measure aggregate metrics such as pageviews, top pages, referrers, browser or device trends, and approximate location information.

We use these metrics to understand which pages are useful, identify performance issues, and improve the Website. We do not use the Website to build advertising profiles or to track people across unrelated websites.

3. Technical and delivery data

The Website is hosted and delivered through Bunny.net. Like most hosting and content delivery providers, Bunny.net may process technical data such as IP address, request metadata, browser information, and similar infrastructure-level information as needed to deliver the Website, cache static assets, prevent abuse, and maintain availability and security.

How we use personal data

We use personal data collected through the Website to:

  • respond to inquiries and follow-up requests
  • process contact form submissions and booking requests
  • operate, host, secure, and maintain the Website
  • understand aggregate Website usage and improve performance
  • keep records of relevant business communications
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

Where GDPR applies, we generally rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • pre-contractual steps or contract performance when you ask us to contact you or book a call
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, maintaining, and improving the Website
  • compliance with legal obligations
  • consent, where consent is required by applicable law

Third-party services we use

We currently use the following third-party service providers in connection with the Website:

  • HubSpot to process contact form submissions, manage inbound inquiries, and power booking pages
  • Plausible Analytics to provide privacy-friendly Website metrics
  • Bunny.net to host and deliver the Website and related static assets

These service providers may process personal data on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including contractual protections and data processing terms offered by our providers.

How long we keep data

We keep contact and booking inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and relevant follow-up communication, and ordinarily no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We retain analytics reports and technical operational data for as long as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Website, subject to our provider settings and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • request deletion of your data
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to certain processing
  • request data portability
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take data protection seriously and work with established providers to support secure operations.

Some Website actions may send you to third-party pages or services, including HubSpot-powered booking pages. When you interact with those services, their own privacy notices and terms may also apply.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or Website changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
